This ultra-high pressure pulse test bench is used for pulse tests on sealed cavities. Up to 70MPa of pressure can be achieved by means of secondary boosting, making it suitable for hydraulic shock waves, triangle waves, square waves, and arbitrary waveforms. If only hydraulic shock waves are required, the process is controlled by a reversing valve, which enables a pulse of 70MPa at 10Hz in 1L of liquid. For customized waveforms, the process is controlled by a servo valve, enabling a pulse of 70MPa at 3Hz in 1L. The device can also be customized according to specific requirements for pressure, frequency, and pressurized chamber volume.
