Define a new level of injection control accuracy

Latest2WRCVE125 high‑response servo proportional cartridge valve, with a port size now expanded to NG125, a rated flow rate (Δp = 5 bar) of up to 10,100 L/min, and a 0–100% response time of 50 ms,delivers control accuracy better than 0.1% of the rated flow. With its high‑precision flow control and servo‑level rapid response, this valve provides core hydraulic support for enhancing injection performance.

The 2WRCHE series high‑response servo proportional cartridge valves, introduced to meet higher flow‑capacity requirements,are also drawing significant attention. This exhibit features an NG100 port size and a rated flow rate of 12,500 L/min at Δp = 5 bar.The amplifiers in this series come standard with vibration‑damping pads, further enhancing reliability under harsh operating conditions.

Small in size but mighty in performance, the L‑LFA two‑way cartridge valve integrates switch‑position monitoring and has obtained CE certification, combining precise control with compliance to international safety standards. It is the ideal choice for die‑casting machine hydraulic systems, drawing the attention of numerous on‑site industry professionals.

Making Hydraulic Servo Control Simple

The two motion controllers of the HLMC series, independently developed by Hengli Hydraulic, were showcased together. Among them, the newly launchedHLMC2 electro-hydraulic servo dual-axis controllerhas attracted particular attention.

This product integrates the features of a servo drive,supports multiple standard communication protocols, seamlessly adapts to various system architectures, and supports Codesys programming, allowing it to function as a PLC. It incorporates Hengli’s proprietary algorithms, with aminimum closed-loop cycle time of just 0.25 ms, ensuring exceptionally high positioning and synchronization accuracy.

Currently, this product has already completed adaptation and validation in fields such as die casting and lithium batteries. Paired with our self-developed HL-TOOL host software, it enables rapid configuration of functional parameters,effectively addressing the pain points of traditional hydraulic servo systems—slow startup and difficult learning curve

Enabling equipment to “think” and “provide early warnings”

In response to industry trends toward an “intelligent, connected future,”Hengli’s full-lifecycle monitoring system delivers a robust technological solution. This system can detect component failures at their earliest stages, preventing minor issues from escalating; and when unexpected malfunctions occur, it can precisely pinpoint the fault and analyze it down to specific components, significantly reducing troubleshooting time.

Meanwhile, the system supports big‑data collection, providing equipment manufacturers with a wealth of data for analysis, processing, and modeling. It also features an oscilloscope function, enabling field engineers to perform testing and diagnostics quickly. In addition, the system allows remote monitoring of equipment operating status via the user’s internal network, making operations and maintenance management more efficient and timely.
