The two motion controllers of the HLMC series, independently developed by Hengli Hydraulic, were showcased together. Among them, the newly launchedHLMC2 electro-hydraulic servo dual-axis controllerhas attracted particular attention.
This product integrates the features of a servo drive,supports multiple standard communication protocols, seamlessly adapts to various system architectures, and supports Codesys programming, allowing it to function as a PLC. It incorporates Hengli’s proprietary algorithms, with aminimum closed-loop cycle time of just 0.25 ms, ensuring exceptionally high positioning and synchronization accuracy.
Currently, this product has already completed adaptation and validation in fields such as die casting and lithium batteries. Paired with our self-developed HL-TOOL host software, it enables rapid configuration of functional parameters,effectively addressing the pain points of traditional hydraulic servo systems—slow startup and difficult learning curve。
